   Purpose – Maintain up-to-date information in spreadsheets by entering data from various sources.

   Duties –

   1. Collate all inputs from clients.
   2. Prepare source data by verifying completeness and acquiring missing data and execute data entry
   3. Carry out coding of data, process data with 100% accuracy
   4. Help achieve department targets and performance benchmarks. Skills – Typing proficiency, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to details, skills in documentation

2. Team leaders – – We are looking for experienced professionals who wish to make the next career move and climb to the position of team leaders. T team leader will be entrusted with the day to day operations of the team members aligned to him/her and will be fully responsible for their performance.

   Purpose – Manage a team of data entry operators in achieving periodic performance benchmarks

   Duties –

   1. Help in training and grooming freshers for data entry and processing
   2. Ensure 100% accuracy of all deliveries that go out
   3. Prepare reports and summaries of KPIs and present to leadership team
   4. Help to draw up and execute KRA's that will help meet overall organizational objectives Skills – Problem solving and analyzing abilities is highly regarded, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to details, ability to work under tight timelines, and is results driven.
